Choosing the right specs for your face shape – could be the difference between a make or break look.

We have some tips to help you make the right decision when it comes to choosing the right specs for your face.

1. Oval & Round Face Shapes – these faces have high cheekbones and gentle curves, a round face is similar with fuller cheeks. We recommend frames with angular or straight lines. A wide, shallow and angular frame gives the face a narrower look.

2. Heart Shaped Faces are wider at the forehead and narrow towards the jawline. We suggest half-rimmed or rectangular/octagonal frames. These frames create a well-proportioned look.

3. Pear Shaped/Triangular Faces – are often narrow at the forehead and gentle become fuller towards the cheek and jaw. We recommend rectangular styles or round/oval frame and perhaps to try bold frames with colour to emphasise the top part of the face.

4. Rectangular faces – are well proportioned, with high cheekbones and a strong jaw line. We suggest round or oval frame styles to soften the face.

5. Square Faces – are also well defined with strong jawlines and cheekbones. We recommend, an oval shapes to soften the angles.
