What Is Your Frame Type?

Here at just4specs we have a fantastic range of designer specs at splendid prices! But what kind of frame do you prefer?

The Full Frame is a frame that surrounds the entire lens leaving none of it exposed. It is the most common type and can accommodate most prescriptions. We have a huge range of full frame specs in fabulous colours and materials.

The Rimless frame is made up of two sides and a bridge – that are attached to the lenses to make a complete pair of specs! The entire lens is left exposed to give you a subtle and discreet pair of specs. See our complete range here.

The Semi-Rimless is a half-rimless, Supra style has a rim at the top of the frame but leaves the lens exposed at the bottom – giving the appearance that nothing is holding the lenses in the frame! But! There is of course a very narrow clear piece of cord which runs along grooves and keeps the lens in place. Check out our range here.

The Half-Eye frames are not for people with only half an eye! They are primarily used as reading glasses and are designed to sit lower down on the bridge of the nose, so that the wearer can see over the top of the frame when they are not reading!

A Wrap-Around frame tends to be found only on sunglasses and they are constructed to keep out light, wind or debris from getting into our eyes and so is a style favoured by outdoor sports enthusiasts! See our full and fantastic range right here.
